INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR LOGO OR PICTURE
Send us your logo or picture file by attaching it to an to Military and Government Awards and include your name and phone number along with your ORDER NUMBER. If we cannot use it without major cleanup, then a one time art charge of $25.00 may apply. We will let you know before we proceed with your order.
The Art Charge is waived on orders of 10 or more for the same item.


We accept the following file types:
FILE TYPES
  • .cdr (Coreldraw 16 and below) Best File type
  • .ai (Adobe Illustrator)
  • .cmx (Coreldraw file)
  • .wmf (Windows Metafile)
  • .cgm (Computer Graphics Metafile)
  • .eps(encapsulated post script)
  • .plt (HPGL plotter file)
  • .jpg (Bitmap)
  • .gif (Bitmap usually low resolution)
  • .tif (Bitmap better but usually large file)
  • .bmp (Bitmap)
  • .pdf
  • .ppt (PowerPoint)
  • .doc (Word Document)
  • Quark Express and PageMaker files must be exported out as .eps files for a PC

    You can also mail us a hardcopy of the artwork or picture. We will scan it and return it to you.

    If the artwork is acceptable as is, we will assign it a "Custom Logo Number" and email it back to you. This number can then be used on any of the order pages to order plaques or mugs with your personal logo. If the artwork is not acceptable and you would like us to clean up the artwork, then you must agree to the ONE TIME ART CHARGE OF $25.00 by selecting the art charge below. With your permission, we will add your logo to our web site. If you do not want it added, we will assign a special order number for you to use with future orders by entering it into the "Custom Logo Box"
