INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING YOUR LOGO OR PICTURE
Send us your logo or picture file by attaching it to an and include your name and phone number along with your ORDER NUMBER
if you were assigned one. If we cannot use it without major cleanup, then a one time art charge of $25.00 may apply.
We will let you know before we proceed with your order.

The Art Charge is waived on orders of 10 or more using the same logo (Plaques or Coffee Mugs or mixed).

Note: WE WILL SEND YOU AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT THAT YOUR LOGO WAS RECEIVED.
If you do not receive an acknowledgement message within the next several hours, check your SPAM FOLDER in case the acknowledgement email was delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the acknowledgement message and click This is Not Spam (AOL), Not Junk (Hotmail), Not Spam (Yahoo), Not Spam (Gmail) or the like, which will allow future messages to get through.


We accept the following file types:

    FILE TYPES
  • .cdr (Coreldraw any version) If you send this type of file, please convert any fonts to curves.
  • .ai (Adobe Illustrator ver. 8 and below)
  • .cmx (Coreldraw file)
  • .wmf (Windows Metafile)
  • .cgm (Computer Graphics Metafile)
  • .eps (encapsulated post script)
  • .plt (HPGL plotter file)
  • .jpg (Bitmap)
    • photographs
  • .gif (Bitmap usually low resolution)
  • .tif (Bitmap better but usually large file)
  • .bmp (Bitmap)
  • .png (Bitmap)
  • .ppt (Powerpoint)
  • .doc (Word Document)
  • .pdf (Adobe Personal Document File)

Example of Vector art compared to bitmaps
This is an example of the difference between "Vector" art (art that can be scaled to any size without loss of resolution) and "Bitmaps". We convert your bitmap art to vector art if necessary to prevent loss of resolution when enlarging the image. Images you see on your computer may look OK, but when trying to use them on coffee mugs or plaques, the resolution can be less than desirable.


You can also mail us a hardcopy of the artwork or picture to be scanned and returned to you with your order.

If the artwork is acceptable as is, then we will assign a "Custom Logo Number" to it and email it back to you. If you would like us to clean up the artwork, then you must agree to the one time art fee of $25.00 by selecting the art charge below before we can proceed. With your permission, we will add your logo to our web site if it is appropriate. If you do not want it added, we will assign a "special order" number to it and keep it on file for use with additional future orders. Just enter the number into the "Custom Logo Box" on any of the order pages.
