| I received my order on time and was very pleased with
how everything turned out - with one exception. The
ceramic mug has a crack in it that runs all the way up
the side from top to bottom. I noticed the crack the
first (and only) time I used it when I saw coffee
seeping out of the side. What needs to be done to
make an exchange for a replacement?
